ISLAMABAD: The federal government has decided to deploy Rangers in Islamabad to look over patrolling and security measures, media citing sources in the interior ministry reported on Thursday.
The sources said that Rangers personnel will be deployed on six different points and the force will act as a security agency.
Moreover, they said that Rangers will respond in 3-5 minutes to any law and order situation and they will be equipped with the latest weapon and communication system to respond any situation.
The deployment of Rangers personnel will be completed in few days, the sources added.
