ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has reinstated Pervaiz Rathore as the acting Chairman Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA).
In its verdict issued on Monday, a three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Nisir-ul-Mulk declared null and void the decision of the Islamabad High Court in this regard.
The apex court also reinstated Kamaluddin Tipu as the executive member of the PEMRA.
