ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) said former PM Raja Pervez Ashraf should appear before the court and appraise it of the discretionary funds.
The Supreme Court has summoned former Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf on 16th of next month in development funds case.
Notices have also been issued to the parliamentarians who used funds from Peoples
Work Programs II.The court also maintained stay order on Peoples Work Programs II.
