HANUMANGARH: A school bus carrying around 30 children collided with a truck in northern India on Tuesday that left 10 children dead and over 15 others injured.
Police officer Vishnu Khatri said that the bus collided head-on with a truck in Hanumangarh in Rajasthan state early Tuesday.
The bus driver was trying to overtake another vehicle when he crashed into an oncoming truck, local residents said.
Police have launched a search for the drivers of both vehicles, who fled the scene after the accident.
