ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: A round-table Seminar on “Peace-A dividend for Development and Stability in Afghanistan and the Region” is being held at Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Studies (PIPS) in Islamabad on Thursday (May 10, 2018).

The Seminar is being organized by National Security Division (NSD), Government of Pakistan, in Collaboration with Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI).

In the Seminar, the Executive Director SDPI Dr Abid Qaiyum Suleri will make the Welcome Speech while the Opening Speech will be delivered by the Secretary NDS Syed Iftikhar Hussain Babar.

The National Security Adviser (NSA) Lt. General (retd) Nasser Khan Janjua will deliver the Keynote Speech.

Senior Analyst Imtiaz Gul, the former Pakistan’s Ambassador to Afghanistan Rustam Shah Mohmand, and the former Ambassador & Chairman Board of Governors of SDPI Shafqat Kakakhel will also address the Seminar.

The Seminar will also include open discussion and question-answer session.
