All is set for regime change in Russia

There is a popular perception that “US government plans regime change and then Western Media promotes such regime changes that are planned by US government.” Political observers who promote this perception provide historical perspectives in support of their perception (that has become almost a narrative now). Instead of going into deep into history, one can cite recent global changes and developments in support of this perception. Examples:
“US government plans and Western Media promotes”
Saddam has Weapons of Mass Destruction (WDMs). He is a dangerous man for the world.
Followed by:
Regime changed Iraq goes to total disaster and in the hands of Islamic State of Iraq and Syria and brutal terrorists of many off shoots of Al-Qaeeda.
US government says and Western Media promotes
Taliban are like animals and biggest danger for the world—
Followed by:
Regime changed—Afghanistan under NATO and ISAF attacks for 13 years—No results Taliban still imposing Shariah law in Pushtun dominated areas
US government says and Western Media promotes
Qadafi is criminal world terrorists corrupt dangerous and people of his country wish democratic government.
Followed by:
Regime changed Libya goes in the hands of terrorists and Al-Qaeeda
US government says and Western Media promotes
Arab spring is a breeze of democracy in Egypt.
Followed by:
Regime changed and Egypt becomes unstable and dangerous for the world (then again regime changes).
US government says and Western Media promotes
Viktor Yanukovych is brutal person killing innocent people in Maidan Euro. He is dictator.
Followed by:
Regime changed. Eastern Ukraine divided. Parliament failed to work and dissolved.
Now:
US government says and Western Media promotes
Putin is biggest dictator of this era. He is dangerous and he will attack other countries of Eastern Europe and he will march to Europe.
Followed by:
Regime will be changed. When and how? Observers believe that work on this assignment has already been started.
International surveys claim that Russian President Vladimir Putin is enjoying highest level of popularity. According to a Gallup International report written by Julie Ray and Neli Esipova, the popularity of Russian President Vladimir Putin among his nation is now 83%. It looks difficult to destabilize Putin in such situation. However political observers believe that American can do wonders and it can do “Anything” with its media, NGO networking and EU support.
Paul Craig Roberts is an American writer who usually notes down about deigns of “Hawks” for more and more wars. In his latest article “Does Russia (And Humanity) Have A Future?” published by his website, he believes that:
The US Senate’s Russian Aggression Prevention Act, about which I reported in my previous column, does even more mischief than I reported. If the bill passes, which it likely will, Washington becomes empowered to bypass NATO and to grant the status of “allied nation” to Ukraine independently of NATO membership
His another piece of writing “The World Is Doomed By Western Insouciance” is quite “strongly written” article.
He says European governments and the Western media have put the world at risk by enabling Washington’s propaganda and aggression against Russia.
He comments:
“Washington has succeeded in using transparent lies to demonize Russia as a dangerous aggressive country led by a new Hitler or a new Stalin, just as Washington succeeded in demonizing Saddam Hussein in Iraq, the Taliban in Afghanistan, Qaddafi in Libya, Assad in Syria, Chavez in Venezuela, and, of course, Iran. The reason that Washington demonizes a leader and a country is to permit the creation of circumstances that Washington can use to act with force against a leader and a country.”
Paul Craig Roberts believes that Washington’s incessant lies alleging “Russian aggression” have created Russian aggression out of thin air. John Kerry and the State Department’s Marie Harf issue new lies daily, but never any supporting evidence. With the stage set, the US Senate, the NATO commander and the Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff are busy at work energizing the wheels of war. Senate bill 2277 provides for beefing up forces on Russia’s borders and for elevating Ukraine’s status to “ally of the US” so that US troops can assist the war against “terrorists” in Ukraine.
He uses very harsh tone in his article and comments as:
“The real demons–Clinton, Bush, Obama–are “the exceptional and indispensable people” above the reach of demonization. Their horrific real crimes go unnoticed, while fictitious crimes are attributed to the unexceptional and dispensable people and countries.”
Paul Craig Roberts has his strong opinion like many other writers who believe that Hawks and war mongers need more lands to bleed them. NATO is free after Afghanistan assignment and it also needs new assignment and Ukraine is the best right now. One must accepts and appreciates that whatever US Hawks think and plan, they execute effectively with the support from European Union, Western Media, World Bank, IMF, NGOs working in the fields of Human rights and Freedom of speech.
We remember “Successful “operations of Mr. Clinton in Serbia, Mr. Bush and Mr. Obama in Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, Pakistan, Yemen, Libya and Syria and Ukraine.
One must accepts US government imposes US laws in sovereign countries, can invade any country it wishes and can conduct military operations against peoples in sovereign countries, such as Pakistan and Yemen. Drones are use for such strikes.
Ronald Ernest Ron Paul who is an American author and former Republican Party politician also criticizes US policy towards Russia. He is tagged as “Putin friend” by Western Media, giving a strong signal to others in Western World that “You are against us if you do not believe our narratives for destructing more countries”.
My students during my recent lecture asked me how US can change regime in Russia when Putin is enjoying highest level of approval. This question is justified to be asked but very difficult to answer. I do not have ready-made answer but can share some possibilities in reference to previous cases. Possibilities are:
Non government organizations (NGOs) can be an effective tool but unfortunate to say Putin strongly snubbed them in year 2012 and banned many foreign funded NGOs.
Western Media can create a MH17 disaster mania (that is already working on it), painting Putin The Most dreadful person on earth with his teeth bleeding with human blood (showing him a human animal in caricatures). Since majority of ill-fated passengers of MH17 were from NATO countries, it is very easy for creating such hype compelling people to come on roads to protest against Putin in European capitals. After such situation, EU can say “since it has been established that Putin was responsible for shooting down MH17 by providing lethal weapons to Eastern Ukraine separatists, therefore he must be removed from the seat of Russia otherwise NATO has “right” to strike Russia”.
Western Media can dig stories of “Human Rights” abuses in Russia, Eastern Ukraine and Western Ukraine. Good promotion of such stories can ignite situation in Moscow and anti-Putin protests can be started like Maidan Euro in Kiev but putting money through NGOs.
US can install US Army and NATO forces in Ukraine (under Senate bill 2277) on Russian borders and full fledged Ukraine-Russia war can start and then being the friend of NATO, Ukraine can demand direct support of US and NATO forces and strikes can start against Russia. Consequently US can send a message to Russian politicians to remove Putin to save the “Mother Russia”.
Another option can be physical removal of Putin as there is history of “termination” for regime change.
These above mentioned are testified recipes for change of regimes. However there are possibilities that US comes up with some new recipes this time because Putin is not a piece of cake that US can just pick him from plate and eats him like Qadafi and Saddam Husain.
World will see soon something big developments in Eastern Europe after the disaster of MH17 and this time target is Putin not any commercial flight.
