KARACHI: The Sindh government has recruited 5,500 teachers during the current financial year as a parts of its education reform programme in collaboration with European Union and World Bank to ensure education for all in the province.
The sources said that 3,000 more teachers will be recruited in the coming financial year to overcome the shortage of teaching staff in schools.
In addition, an amount of Rs10 billion has also been provided for school management committees during the current financial year to improve schooling system across the province.
