KARACHI, Pakistan: The total liquid foreign reserves held by the Country stood at US$ 8.54 billion as of February 03, 2023, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
As per the SBP, the reserves held by the Central Bank stood at US$ 2,917.0 while the Commercial Banks hold US$ 8,539.6.
The data showed that the Central Bank’s reserves dropped by US$ 170 million from January 27 to reach US$ 2,917.0 as of December 9.
Likewise, the reserves with the Commercial Banks declined by US$ 33 million to US$ 5,622.9 from US$ 5,655.5 held last week.
Meanwhile, the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) on Thursday appreciated by 1.04 percent to stand at Rs 270.51 against the US dollar.
