HANGU: A school boy was killed and two others sustained injuries when a suicide bomber blew himself up outside a government school in Hangu district of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa province on Monday.
The district police chief Iftikhar Ahmed said that the incident occurred when a suicide bomber attempted to enter the government boys school in the Shia-dominated Ibrahimzai area of Hangu district.
But as a 14-year-old student saw the attacker and tried to stop him at the main gate of the school, the suicide bomber blew himself up, killing the student on the spot.
