TOBA TEK SINGH: The incidents of sex-oriented crimes are on the rise in Pakistan, as another daughter and a college girl hailing from Toba Tek Singh was gang-raped.
According to details, the teenage student of First year was en route to an academy located in Iqbal Nagar to take tuition when two boys Ahsan and Asghar, appearing on the scene, molested and gang-raped her at gun-point.
New Islampura’s Ahsan and 327 Jeem Bay’s Asghar abducted her and took her to a house near Bhagat Bungalow, where they had an unknown friend waiting for them. The culprits subjected her to sexual abuse and took her photographs.
The miscreants threatened that they will upload her obscene pictures on the internet, if she discloses the incident to anyone or lodges a complaint.
Later on, the miscreants fled after dumping her near Islampura Cemetery.
According to police sources, a case of gang-rape has been lodged on the request filed by the affected girl’s uncle.
Springing in action, personnel from City Police Station launched the manhunt and before long, arrested the main culprit Ahsan involved in the sexual assault. The further raids are being carried out for the arrest of other accused.
