ISLAMABAD: Senior leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Dr Farooq Sattar has said that there are chances of rigging in tomorrow’s by-polls.

While talking with media persons here Sattar said that fair and free elections are not possible in current system.

By-polls are to be held on August 22 as per schedule.
