Islamabad, Pakistan: PTI has advised its followers from KPK, mostly from erstwhile tribal areas to reach Islamabad and reside in Rawalpindi Islamabad so they would be available within the capital to reach protest points during forthcoming PTI protests.
According to available information, over 3,000 PTI workers from Swabi Hangu SW and NW have already moved to Islamabad/ Rawalpindi and will reside here for any need of them in future protests.
It may be mentioned that PTI has halted its Azadi March for the time being waiting for an answer to the letter PTI Chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has written to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, demanding court cover for protests and Azadi March. PTI also submitted a petition in this regard to SC that was returned with some technical observations.
PTI circles are of the view that hosting PTI followers from the above-mentioned areas inside Rawalpindi Islamabad would help the party to mobilize the crowd whenever it would be needed within the national capital of Pakistan.
Imran Khan has built up a case that whosoever does not support him is a traitor, bagharat (respect seller), an enemy of Pakistan, and an enemy of Islam. He says his fight for a new election is Jihad against those who are stooges of the United States in Pakistan. The majority of his supporters belong to KPK where PTI had been ruling since 2013. Moreover, an ethnic group in Karachi is also his big follower.

Moreover, he is also popular among the middle-class and upper classes of Pakistan residing in Defence Housing societies and Bahria Towns, among the families of civil and military bureaucrats because he is against the Parliamentarian system—- which is a common enemy of all such classes.
