SUKKUR, Pakistan: The three-day Tableegi Ijtema in Sukkur (Sindh) began on Thursday, and it would conclude with collective dua on Saturday.
The local administration, Sindh police, civil defense and provincial transport departments have made special arrangements for the three-day religious public gathering.
Thousands of people from several cities within the Country including Sukkur, Khairpur, Kashmore- Kandhkot, Jaccababad, Shikarpur, Ghotki, Larkana, Benazir Abad, Noshehroferoze and many others arrived in Sukkur to attend the annual congregation.
In their speeches, scholars including Maulana Muhammad Jameel, Maulana Muhammad Ahmed, Maulana Khursheed, Maulana Tariq Jameel, Bhai Hashmat, Maulana Anwer Ul Haq, Maulana Usman, Maulana Owais, Qari Habib Ur Rehman, Dr Roohullah, Dr Noshad, Bhai Yameeen, and Maulana Khalid stressed unity in the ranks of Ummah.Â
The participants vowed to lead their lives as per the divine guidance and Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Special security arrangements have been made by the district government for the congregation.
