The process of vaccinating people against Coronavirus is continuing smoothly across Pakistan with more than 5 million doses administered so far.
Timing for 2nd shot:
- Sinopharm – 3 weeks
- Sinovac – 4 weeks
- AstraZeneca – 8 weeks
- Cansino is a single dose

Whenever you go to any Vaccination center please ask them which dose you’re receiving & after how many weeks you have to get 2nd dose ,jot it down on a paper and follow the timing for 2nd dose.

In total, 5,151,043 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered in the Country as of May 20, according to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC).

While speaking at the newly inaugurated Mass Vaccination Center at F-9 Park in Islamabad on May 19, the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on National Health Dr. Faisal Sultan said that more than 4,900,000 people had been vaccinated in the Country.
Dr. Faisal Sultan said that there had been no side effects of the COVID vaccine in Pakistan.

Earlier on May 18, responding to public concerns about side effects of COVID-19 vaccines, Dr. Faisal Sultan wrote on Twitter that so far 3.8 million doses had been given, and out of which 4,329 cases of side effects had been reported.
The special assistant wrote that most of them were normal and only six were serious but later it was confirmed that they had nothing to do with the vaccine.
