In the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the gold prices tumbled on Friday morning and the price of one gram of 22-karat gold, which is the standard for gold jewellery, fell from yesterday’s Dh218.75 to Dh221.50 in today’s morning.
The data released by the Dubai Gold & Jewellery Group showed that one gram of 24K gold was being sold at Dh236.25 on July 28, 2023, down from Dh239.25 when the markets closed on July 27.
Likewise, 22K, 21K and 18K gold were trading at Dh218.75, Dh211.75, and Dh181.50 per gram respectively on Friday morning.
