The Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) has devised a traffic plan for main procession of Eid Miladun Nabi to be celebrated throughout the Country on Wednesday (November 21, 2018.).
Procession Route:
The main procession of 12th Rabiul Awwal will be taken out from G-7 Markaz ground and Rehmat Community Centre at 11: am on Wednesday.
The procession will pass through Jamia Masjid Al Raza G-7, Jamia Majid Al Habib G-7/3, Fazal-e-Haq Road, 7th Avenue loop, Lal Quarter Chowk, Imambargah G-6/2, CDA Hospital, and Holiday Inn Abpara Market before it will culminate at Darbar Sakhi Mehmood.
During the main procession, following roads will remain closed from 10:00 am, and ITP has asked the people to use alternative routes.

4 – Shuhada Chowk from GPO Chowk to Melody Abpara Chowk will remain closed | 4 – Road from GPO Chowk to Shaheed-e-Millat Road will be used |
5 – Road from Abpara Chowk to Soharwardi Road 7th Avenue Chowk will remain closed | 5 – Traffic coming from Zero Point and Rawalpindi will be diverted to 7th Avenue, Faisal Avenue and Kashmir Highway. |
6 – Kashmir Highway from Chand Tara Chowk till Dhokri Chowk will remain closed | 6 – People coming from Bhara Kahu and Rawal Dam will use Embassy Road and Kashmir Highway |
7 – People from Motorway and Islamabad aiming to reach Dhokri, Kashmir Highway, Bhara Kahu, Murree and Rawal Dam via Chand Tara Chowk will use Zero Point-Faizabad Murree Road. |
