CAIRO: Two bomb blasts went off simultaneously in Egyptian border town of Sinai on Wednesday, killing at least four persons, officials said.
In the first violence incident, a suicide bomber rammed his explosives-laden car into the security headquarters of an Egyptian intelligence facility in Sinai.
The front of the one-story building in the town of Rafah has collapsed and an unspecified number of troops and policemen are buried underneath the rubble, Egyptian security officials said.
Similarly, another explosion occurred minutes after the first blast at an army checkpoint in the same area.
