ABU DHABI, UAE: The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) issued red and yellow alerts early on Wednesday morning, advising residents to take caution amidst foggy conditions.
The alerts were raised in some parts of Abu Dhabi due to fog formation, leading to poor visibility until 8.30 am UAE Local time.

The NCM expects Wednesday’s weather to be fair to partly cloudy — with temperatures hitting 48°C in Abu Dhabi’s Mezaira and Razeen, and 47°C in Sweihan and Al Ain.
Meanwhile, according to the NCM, the lowest temperature recorded over the UAE on Wednesday morning was 23.6°C in Barakah (Al Dafrah Region) at 06:00 Local Time.
Whereas yesterday, the highest temperature recorded over the Country was 49.8°C in Hamim (Al Dhafra Region) at 14:15 Local Time.
