Ukrainian President Poroshenko declared martial law in Lugansk and Donetsk with immediate effect

iev: Ukrainian President Poroshenko declared martial law in the Donbas and  Lugansk and Donetsk with immediate effect.

As ceasefire expired  at 22:00 June 30 with Russia, the announcement for martial came after a high level meeting.  It may be mentioned that Russia expressed the need to continue the “truce” and  cease fire. 
Presidential Administration held a meeting where participants protested against the truce and demanded the restoration of the active phase of the readiness for war with Russia.
