ISLAMABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) will hold a meeting today to review the issue of voting right of the overseas Pakistanis, reports Dispatch News Desk (DND).
Secretaries from all concerned ministries including Ministry of foreign affairs, Ministry of finance, Ministry of law and justice, Ministry of overseas Pakistanis and Ministry of information technology will attend the meeting.
Chairman National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Muhammad Tariq Malik has also been invited to attend the meeting.
It may be mentioned that EC submitted a report in  Supreme Court on Tuesday in which it stated that online voting system for overseas Pakistanis would be expensive and right of vote to overseas Pakistani in 2013 elections may not be provided.
