PoliticsWhole Punjab including Lahore rejects PTI's manifesto campaign: Punjab govt

LAHORE, Pakistan: Responding to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Jalsa at Minar-i-Pakistan in Lahore, the Punjab government on Monday said not only Lahore but the whole Punjab had rejected the PTI’s manifesto campaign.

While holding media talk in Lahore, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Zaeem Qadri said the Chairman PTI Imran Khan had been degraded in Lahore three times.

Zaeem Qadri said PTI tried to make its public gathering successful by spending billions of rupees; however, it failed to pull a huge crowd.

The Punjab government spokesperson Malik Ahmad Khan said the 11 points given by Imran Khan were the part of Constitution.

Malik Ahmed Khan said Greater Iqbal Park had been declared the national asset while Imran Khan held public gathering there.

The spokesman said the one who could do nothing in his Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province was claiming to do work in the whole Country.

On Sunday night, the Chairman PTI Imran Khan while addressing a PTI Jalsa at Minar-i-Pakistan unveiled his party’s 11-point agenda, saying PTI would ensure equal rights to all citizens including minorities.

Imran Khan said PTI’s 11-point agenda would make ‘Naya Pakistan’ by putting in place one system of justice, alleviating poverty and improving living standard of the poor.
