ISLAMABAD: Kanwal, the wife of Sikandar who held Islamabad hostage for several hours on August 15, was released on bail from Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail on Wednesday.
Earlier, she was produced before anti-terrorism court, which ordered her release after payment of surety bonds of Rs200, 000.
Kanwal was handed over to Sikandar’s brother Muhammad Hayat.
