Kiev: Former Prime Minister of Ukraine and candidate for Presidential election, Yulia Tymoshenko in an exclusive television interview said that the aggravation of the situation in the South-East of the country must be end through dialogue instead of using force.

Tymoshenko said Russia is behind situation in eastern parts and part of “Russian tough and aggressive strategy”.
