ISLAMABAD: As per Supreme Court’s order, 14 missing persons were produced before it by the federal government on Saturday.
A three-member-bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and comprising Justice Jawwad S Khawaja and Justice Ameer Hani Muslim is hearing the case pertaining to the missing persons.
On Friday, the apex court had ordered the production of 14 of the 35 missing persons before it on Saturday (today) and the remaining 11 on Monday.
The security personnel brought the missing persons in two vehicles amid tight security, while media was not allowed to take video footage or pictures of these missing persons.
The missing persons were produced before Justice Ameer Hani Muslim, acting defense secretary Arif Nazeer was also present on the occasion.
The densities of these 14 persons have been kept secret due to security reasons. These persons will also record their statements before Justice Ameer Haani Muslim.
