Islamabad, Pakistan: Benazir Bhutto International (BBI) Airport Rawalpindi was ready for possible emergency landing of PK212 coming from Dubai. However, flight landed safely.
According to initial information, BBI Rawalpindi Airport started preparation for possible emergency landing of PK212 coming from Dubai as air control room was informed that flight PK212 developed technical fault while coming from Dubai. However, flight landed safely with 30 minutes delay at Rawalpindi-Islamabad Airport also known as Benazir Bhutto International Airport. PK212 is an Airbus A320 and very popular flight among businessmen.
Initial techincal information suggested that PK212 DXB-ISL was experiencing nose wheel jammed problem while proceeding to Benazir Bhutto Airport. The flight landed safely after having Landing Gear issue.
