RAWALDPINDI, Pakistan: Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Saturday said services of General (retd) Jahandad Khan for the Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital were unforgettable, and also announced Rs 2 million for the Hospital.
“On the behalf of the government of Pakistan, i am pleased to announce the donation of Rs 2 million for the Al-Shifa Children Eye Hospital,” the prime minister said while addressing a Ceremony held at the Al-Shifa Eye Trust Hospital in Rawalpindi.
The prime minister said General (retd) Jahandad Khan had the passion to bring people back into the light from the dark.

Khaqan Abbasi said Al-Shifa Eye Trust was a high quality institution among other health departments. He said several thousand people including Overseas Pakistanis contributed for the Trust.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said the Al-Shifa Trust Eye had its branches in different Cities of the Country, adding today the Trust had turned into a quality institution.
“I hope, the doctors of this institution will continue provide the quality services to the people,” he said.
