PESHAWAR: Police foiled another attempt of terrorism in Peshawar by defusing a remote-controlled bomb planted under a security officer’s car.
Officials said the Bomb Disposal Squad was called at Peshawar’s Hayatabad area after recovering a tip off that explosive material has been fixed under a car which is being used by a security official.
The BDS successfully defused the bomb weighted about 3 kg, foiling another bid of terrorism.
