PESHAWAR, Pakistan: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Advisor on Elementary and Secondary Education Zia Ullah Khan Bangash has said that the KPK Elementary and Secondary Education (E&SE) Department has initiated the process of appointment of teachers on vacant posts in the tribal districts.
In a statement on Saturday, Zia Ullah Bangash said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed to recruit teachers, doctors & other required staff in newly merged tribal districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on priority basis for better service delivery and to provide jobs to the people of tribal districts.
Zia Ullah Bangash said that all necessary measures are being taken by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to bring the tribal areas/newly merged seven districts at par with the developed areas of the Country.
The advisor said that the shortage of tribal teachers in schools would be overcome soon. He said that 2500 teachers will be recruited in tribal districts on priority basis in 2019 while more recruitments will also occur next year.
