ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Minister of State for Interior Shehryar Khan Afridi has said that elimination of drugs is foremost priority of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-led incumbent government and no stone will be left unturned to achieve this end.
While addressing the awareness Seminar titled “Drugs Free Islamabad” in Islamabad on Thursday, Shehryar Afridi said that parents have a core responsibility to pay special attention towards their children to secure their bright future through safeguarding them from the menace of drugs.
Shehryar Afridi that we will have to make a pledge to get rid of the scourge of drugs on emergency basis.

The Seminar was organized in collaboration with the Islamabad administration and Pakistan Red Crescent .
Besides the State Minister for Interior Shehryar Afridi, the Chief Commissioner Islamabad, IG Islamabad, the Regional Commander Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) and the Chairman Pakistan Red Crescent participated in the Seminar.
