ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) is considering to apply the thumb verification system to verify the actual voters in the rigging-hit constituencies.
The commission has been receiving complaints from various contesting candidates about the rigging in the elections in their respective constituencies.
At a meeting‚ the commission discussed this matter with National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Chairman to finalize the mechanism for the verification of votes.
