ISLAMABAD: The Senate on Wednesday passed a unanimous resolution, urging the government not to compromise on the rights of women and minorities in the negotiations with Taliban.
The resolution moved by Nasreen Jalil of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) also urged government to constitute a commission for protection of women from the illegal orders of Jirgas.
