ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Chinese President Xi Jinping would arrive in Pakistan in September on a state visit which is of immense importance, according to the Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
Shahbaz Sharif returned to Lahore last night after he attended the third meeting of the Pak-China Joint Coordination Committee in Beijing during his two-day visit in China.
Talking to media after attending the meeting, the chief minister said that Jinping would visit developmental projects underway in Pakistan during his visit.
Sharif said that the Chinese president would also lay the foundation stones for several projects underway in Pakistan with Chinese cooperation.
