ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) senior leader and renowned legal expert Dr Babar Awan has said that all state institutions are on the same page.
In a meeting with the Central Information Secretary PTI Omar Sarfaraz Cheema held in Islamabad on Thursday in which they discussed in detail current political milieu of the Country and also deliberated on different aspects of the narrative driven by the joint opposition, Babar Awan said that the opposition’s narrative has completely collapsed.
Taking a jibe at opposition’s call for All Parties Conference (APC), Babar Awan said that a cult of looters and plunderers are ranting about APC, they must bear in mind that the APC will meet the same fate as their narrative does.
Tagging opposition as the troublemakers, he said that they are hysterical seeing the government’s commitment towards resolution of existing crisis.
Referring to the formation of National Economic Council (NEC), he termed it an extra-ordinary move. He said that the NEC will assist in determining short-term, mid-term and long-term milestones and in devising strategies to achieve these milestones.
Omar Sarfaraz Cheema said that the opposition’s narrative is a bend of contradictions and allegations.
“Both PPP and PML-N are hell bent upon creating chaos within the house and in the Country”, he said adding that the opposition is in delusion that it will get away with the corruption and escape accountability by taking refuge in protests and chaos.
Cheema said that both parties are oblivious to the fact that the nation has not only rejected their narrative but wants the accountability process to reach its logical end.
