KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Saturday directed the authorities to provide special security to claimant and witnesses in Shahzeb murder case, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported.
In today’s hearing, Shahrukh jataoi, the prime suspect in 20-year-old Shahzeb Khan Murder case, along with others accused was brought before the court.
The counsel for the accused pleaded to court to adjourn the hearing due to the black day being observed by lawyers’ fraternity over the sacking of CJP by former president Musharraf in 2007.
After hearing the arguments, the court adjourned the hearing till Monday.
