ISLAMABAD: A bomb was found on Friday outside the house of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) former MNA Anjum Aqeel Khan, an official of the Islamabad police said.
The official said that police received the information that some unidentified persons had placed a suspicious bag outside the residence of the former lawmaker located in sector E-11 of Islamabad.
Subsequently, police and security teams reached the site and the Bomb Disposal Squad was also summoned which recovered the bomb from the bag and defused it, he added.
