CHINA: A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Punjab Government and state-owned power producer China Energy Engineering Company in Beijing on Thursday.
Punjab Minister for Energy Sher Ali Khan inked the agreement on behalf of the Punjab Government.
As per the agreement‚ the company will set up a power plant in the province to generate electricity from coal.
