ISLAMABAD: The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) at its meeting chaired by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in Islamabad on Thursday‚ has approved five projects amounting to 1303 billion rupees.
The projects include K-I and K-II Nuclear Projects situated in Karachi with generation capacity of 2200 MW‚ Nandipur power project with generation capacity 425 MW‚ Neelum-Jhelum hydro electric project with generation capacity of 969 MW.
The Finance Minister said that finances for all the approved projects should be timely arranged and their monitoring would be carried out regularly.
