ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Minister for Planning, Development and Reform, Ahsan Iqbal has stated that the present government was introducing far-reaching reforms in education sector under Vision-2025.
He said today, Pakistan was well-positioned to take off after coming out of state of despondency due to policies of last two and half years.
“We, now need unity and positivity in our ranks to sustain the efforts for economic development and prosperity of the country”, Minister Planning and Development expressed these views while addressing a ceremony of Pakistan Professional Forum in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Ahsan Iqbal said that strong vibes of hope had swept the country after 15 years due to vibrant policies of present government, which was making enemies of the country restless, a message received here on Tuesday said.
The Minister said that some elements were bent upon destabilizing the country for their petty political gains.
“The wheel of development would keep on moving and could not be stopped through such designs”, he declared.
He said that overseas Pakistanis are contributing immensely in country’s development and termed them a big asset of the country.
