LAHORE, Pakistan: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hamza Shahbaz has been sworn-in as the Chief Minister Punjab.

The Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervaiz Ashraf administered the Oath to him at Governor House in Lahore on Saturday.

The Swearing-In Ceremony was attended by the Federal Ministers, Members of the Punjab Assembly and important political leaders.

It is pertinent to mention that the Lahore High Court (LHC) had ordered the Speaker of the National Assembly to administer the Oath to the newly-elected Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz.

In a statement, Hamza Shahbaz said that the Chief Minister’s post will remain dedicated to the real public service.

Hamza vowed to use the Chief Ministership for public welfare purpose only.

The newly sworn-in Punjab Chief Minister said that he is fully aware of public issues and his every second will be utilized for their solution.
