LAHORE, Pakistan: Thousands of Cricket fans are enthusiastic to witness the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 Trophy in Lahore, wherein it will remain for three days (October 3-5) before being taken to Islamabad and Karachi.
The ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 Trophy will reach the Punjab Capital from Sri Lanka on Wednesday (today) as part of its nine-month World Tour. The Trophy will stay in Pakistan for 11 days.

In first phase, the Trophy will be taken to Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore where an unveiling Ceremony will be held. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Officials and National Cricketers will also participate in the Ceremony.

Later the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 Trophy will be taken to Islamabad for three days from October 6 to 8 and then to Karachi for five days from October 9 to 13.

The Trophy kicked off its World Tour on August 27, 2018 from the International Cricket Council (ICC) Headquarters in Dubai, aiming at to making a stop-over in 60 Cities of 21 Countries across the World.
So far the Trophy has traveled to Oman, the United States, West Indies, and Sri Lanka.
Following its 11-day stay in Pakistan which will end on October 13, the Trophy will move to Bangladesh, Nepal, India, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Kenya, Rwanda, Nigeria, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and then the United Kingdom as its final destination.
The ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 Trophy will reach England on February 19 next year, wherein it will roam around the Country for 100 days.
The ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 will be held in UK from May 30 to July 14, 2019 in which 10 teams including England, South Africa, India, Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and West Indies will participate.
