LAHORE, Pakistan: The Opposition Leader in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shahbaz Sharif has said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) believes in democratic norms, and is not doing politics for the rule.
Talking to media persons outside the Punjab Assembly building in Lahore on Wednesday, Hamza Shahbaz said that his party stands with democracy.
The PML-N leader said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government should fulfill its promises made with the people during the election campaign.
Hamza Shahbaz said that PTI is just telling a lie, adding that we want to expose the fake government.
“I want to expose those, who claimed not to take loans. It is very easy to make claims before coming into power,” Hamza said.

In reply to a question about the PML-N leader Rana Mashhood’s startling claims which he made yesterday, Hamza Shahbaz reiterated that it was his personnel opinion, and it has nothing to do with the party.
On Tuesday, Rana Mashhood while talking to media alleged that the establishment paved the way for PTI to seal in a victory in 2018 elections and take over the government. However, he added that that the establishment has now released its mistake, it had made by bringing PTI into the power, and now in upcoming weeks, the tide would be turned in PML-N’s favour. He also claimed that PML-N would make its government in Punjab within two months.
