PESHAWAR: JUI-F leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman said on Sunday that he would  attend ANP-convened all-party conference (APC) to quell terrorism and claimed that  an  unannounced martial law was in effect in the province for the past five years.
Addressing a public gathering here, Rehman said there was no government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and claimed that Pakistan has the capability and competency to restore peace in Afghanistan and region.
