ISLAMABAD: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government would be taken into confidence regarding the security strategy the federal government would formulate in case peace talks with the Taliban were not materialized, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said.
The interior minister made these remarks in a meeting with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Engineer Shaukatullah Khan in Islamabad on Sunday.
During the meeting, Nisar further said the next strategy on talks with militants would be prepared in light of the ongoing debate in the National Assembly.
