ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain has dismissed the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) Chairman Chaudhry Rashid Ahmad, media reported on Thursday.
The reports said that the decision was taken in the light of the instructions laid by the Islamabad High Court (IHC).

Meanwhile, the Chairman WAPDA Raghib Ali Shah resigned from his post while Zafar Mehmood was appointed as new Chairman WAPDA. A notification was issued in this regard. Â
