LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was issued a show-cause notice on Monday for holding a rally in Lahore without prior permission from the local authorities, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported.
According to DCO Lahore Rizwan Mehboob, PTI has violated election code of conduct by holding a rally without permission from the local authorities.
The DCO Lahore said that ordinary citizens had to face a lot of difficulties because of the rally.
PTI has been directed to explain its position within three days.
