PTI’s candidate Siddiqui Khan wins against PML-N’s Chaudhry Nisar in PP-7 after re-counting

TAXILLA: Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan lost Punjab’s provincial assembly seat from Taxilla’s PP-7 to Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) candidate Siddiqui Khan after a recount in six polling stations of the constituency.

Nisar had earlier been declared as a winner from Taxilla’s PP-7 in May 11 polls with a 311 vote lead.
