KARACHI: Five people were injured in a loud blast that took place in Karachi’s Abul Hasan Isphahani Road on Thursday, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported.
According to initial reports, the blast occurred when the gas cylinder of a rickshaw exploded.
The police and rescue teams rushed to the blast side and started moving the injured to hospital.
SSP Malir confirmed that the blast was caused by a rickshaw’s gas cylinder, saying that a motorbike and rickshaw were destroyed in the blast while a car sustained partial damage.
