ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The expenditures amounting to Rs 65,211,504 were incurred on the foreign tours of 25 Federal Ministers and Ministers of State from January 2022 to December 22, the National Assembly was told.
Sharing the data with the House on Monday, the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division apprised that most of the expenses were incurred on the foreign visits of the Federal Minister for National Health Service, Regulations & Coordination Abdul Qadir Patel as he spent Rs 10,420,163.
Abdul Qadir Patel undertook two foreign visits during the period. He visited Dubai from June 15-18, 2022 and Doha from October 4-6, 2022.
The Federal Minister for Finance & Revenue Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar spent Rs 2,451,289 while the Minister of State for Finance & Revenue Aisha Ghaus Pasha spent Rs 4,096,290.
It was told that the former Federal Minister for Finance & Revenue Miftah Ismail spent Rs 4,569,160.
