Ingredients
- Mutton chops ½ kg flatten
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
- Roasted cumin crushed 1 tsp
- All spice ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Orange color pinch
- Onion 2 tbsp ground
- Raw papaya ground 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Shaan BBQ masala 2 tbsp

Step 1
Marinate chops with Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, Yogurt ½ cup Chili powder 1 tsp heaped, Roasted cumin crushed 1 tsp, All spice ½ tsp, Lemon juice 2 tbsp, Orange color pinch, Onion 2 tbsp, Raw papaya ground 1 tbsp, Oil 2 tbsp.

Leave it to rest for 2 hours

Now bake them in a preheated oven on 180 degree C for 35 to 40 minutes
