HARARE: Pakistan have won the three matches ODI series beating Zimbabwe by 108 runs in the 3rd and final one day International at Harare Sports Club on Saturday.
Batting first‚ Pakistan scored 260 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the allotted 50 overs. Misbah-ul-Haq with 67 runs while Ahmad Shehzad with 54 runs remained the main scorer. Tendai Chatara took 3 wickets.
In reply‚ Zimbabwe could only manage to score 152 runs. Malcolm Waller contributed 48 runs as main scorer. For Pakistan‚ Saeed Ajmal‚ Abdur Rehman and Muhammad Hafeez took two wickets each.
Misbah-ul-Haq was declared man of the match while Muhammad Hafeez was declared man of the series.
The test series between the two teams will start from 3rd September (Tuesday) with an opening match at Harare.
